Lemon Balm Tea

Make a spicy and refreshing drink for hot summer days:

  • green tea
  • fresh lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
  • ginger
  • lemon
  • sugar, honey or sweetener

Cook Water, let it cool down to 80° C. Pour it over tea leafs and sliced ingwer. Let it cool down to room temperature, add lemon balm leafs, thin slices of lemon and – if you have a sweet tooth – some sugar, honey or sweetener.
